Anei te rautaki o Te Tai Tonga… to roll this government and to elect a motuhake voice for the people ✊🏾🧡 Te Tai Tonga is different then the other Māori rohe e te whānau, and so our strategy must be different as well. Neither of the three candidates who belong to parties are on their party list. This means the strategy being promoted in other rohe does not apply to us to achieve more Māori in parliament. Mahi 1: Change the Government. It has been made really clear around our rohe that our people want this government gone. The best way we utilise one of our two votes to achieve this, is by party voting LEFT. Give your party vote to the party that speaks to your ngākau. Mahi 2: electing a strong voice for our rohe and our people. Only one of the four candidates is unceded. Unceded to a party and conformed to doing what the party says and not the people!!! Only a candidate vote for Te Tai Tonga motuhake will keep the next govt accountable to us. Kia tū Motuhake Te Tai Tonga! Use the mana in your vote. Two votes. Two jobs.
