90 years of National, and a few words from Sir John Key. 💙 We talked about what matters most to both of us: a New Zealand where everyone gets a fair shot at a great life. John went from a state house to the top of global finance, then came home to lead the country. I moved here on my own at 14, helped build Canva globally, then came home to back our founders. Different paths, same belief. New Zealand does best when we back each other to have a go, build something, and go for gold. That’s what National has stood for these 90 years, and it’s what I’ll fight for in Tāmaki. As John says “Two ticks blue…you know what to do!” 💙 💙
